RETURNS Most items are handcrafted to order, so great care is taken with each piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will exchange your purchase for store credit within 10 days of receipt. Credit must be used within 30 days of the issued date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All custom orders, books, cds, vinyl, printed material, stationery and victual purchases are final.

OCCULTER is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you insure all shipments and package the items properly.
REPAIRS
Repair services for damaged and worn jewelry are provided upon request for a fee. Please call us at 1-917-769-2220 or email info@occulter.org when shipping an item for return, please package securely and be sure to include your return address, e-mail address, phone number, and a detailed description of the repairs to be made. When we receive the return, we will contact you with an estimate of cost and time needed to get your piece back to you as soon as possible.
