Our organic Black Smoke is a heavily smoked high grade Lapsang Souchong black tea. Traditionally carried by camel across Asia from China to Europe, Lapsang Souchong tea would arrive with a signature smoky aroma from the fires that the caravans burned for warmth. Today, the organic leaves are dried then smoked over pine needles to yield a distinctive smoky aroma and flavor.
